Viber support representative will be responsible for keeping Viber users happy and loyal by providing efficient response to the worldwide Viber community queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and professional off-line (Email,live-chat) response to users issues;
  • Maintain high level of users satisfaction;
  • Update the support knowledge base by creating technical articles;
  • Identify and report on trends, repeated issues and urgent bugs.

Requirements:

  • A problem solver with an innate sense of curiosity and passionate about helping people proficient in English at either native or professional level;
  • Enthusiastic smartphone user (Active Viber user – a major advantage);
  • Microsoft or Mac OS’s savvy;
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 rotating roster which predominately includes after hours shift;
  • Attention to details;
  • Team player;
  • Experience in customer support or customer service will be a plus;
